Frequently asked questions

Does Hylo actually run API calls or is it just knowledge?: Both. Hylo's MCP exposes knowledge tools (look up actions, triggers, schemas) and execution tools (run any of 530 GHL endpoints against your account). Same key, same flow.
How does Hylo connect to my GHL account?: Two options — paste a Personal Integration Token from GHL when your AI calls Hylo, or connect once via OAuth on hylo.pro and we handle auth on every call. Either way, Hylo never stores your raw GHL credentials in plaintext.
How do I get access?: Onboarding is currently handled personally. Email david@savvysales.ai and we'll set up your account, walk you through connecting your GHL account, and get you running — usually same day.
Can I use one key for both OpenClaw and MCP?: Yes! The same API key works across all three channels: ClawHub skill, MCP server, and direct REST API calls.
What if I hit the rate limit?: You'll get a 429 response. You can upgrade to a higher plan for more requests, or wait for your rolling 24-hour window to reset.
Do you offer annual billing?: Not yet, but it's on our roadmap. For now, all plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment.
